NARRATIVE CAPITAL SNAPSHOT

If the value is real but hard to recognize, there is friction before the purchase.

In a few words

The Narrative Capital Snapshot identifies where an organization, product or proposition becomes difficult to understand, differentiate or believe. The goal is not more messaging. It is the smallest explanation that remains true and carries enough evidence to help another person decide.

UNDERSTAND MORE

01

EXAMPLE

Three true explanations can still create one confusing purchase

The CEO talks about transformation, sales talks about efficiency and the website talks about technology. None of those statements must be false. The problem begins when the buyer has to reconstruct what they are buying, why it matters and what they should compare it with.

02

What the Snapshot observes

It looks at coherence, differentiation, credibility and action: what an audience understands, what comparison it activates, what evidence it finds and what next decision becomes possible.

03

What it does not try to do

It does not replace strategy, market research or product evidence. If the friction is broader than messaging, the next intervention should move toward Commercial Clarity, the Clarity Check or a market test.

04

Where we have applied it

Cosmic has used Narrative Capital reads in PLAXP, EnTrópica, KyCore and 1N1. These are references to completed strategic reads, not claims of current client status.

FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION

Do not add more communication until you know where understanding breaks.

If the right person does not understand, believe or know how to decide, first find the exact point where interpretation fails.
