01
Information we receive
Information you choose to submit, such as name, email, organization, role, messages and Clarity Check responses. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and Apollo Website Visitor Tracking may process site-usage information; where Apollo can attribute activity under its own data and conditions, Cosmic may receive context about the organization visiting the site.
02
How it is used
To deliver requested experiences, respond to you, protect the service and improve our work. When optional analytics is accepted, usage and visit signals help us understand which content and routes create interest. An organizational visit signal is not treated by itself as proof of buying intent and does not authorize outreach.
03
Service providers
We may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for structured storage, Web3Forms for form delivery when configured, Google Analytics for measurement and Apollo Website Visitor Tracking for organization-level visit context when attribution is available. Optional analytics providers load only after analytics consent.
04
Consent, retention and rights
Optional analytics can be rejected and the preference can be changed later. Contact follow-up requires a separate authorization when you submit contact information. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting felipetruque@proton.me.
05
Consequential use
Clarity Check outputs are directional and must not be used as the sole basis for employment, legal, financial or other high-impact decisions. Website-visit analytics likewise do not determine whether a person or organization should be contacted.
