TECHNICAL EVIDENCE · HHT

Enterprise shadow integration, without pretending production readiness.

This page documents the sanitized integration work behind Higher Human Trust for enterprise environments. It shows how HHT can consume identity, evidence, approval and target-system context in shadow mode while preserving the distinction between technical capability, organizational authority, execution and observed consequence.

These counts cover the full CEO Console regression surface in the validation run that included the enterprise shadow reference. They demonstrate software regression health, not customer deployment, regulatory validation or product-market fit.

MATURITY · CLAIM BOUNDARIES

Scope of the integration and its limits.

IMPLEMENTED

HHT control semantics

Machine identity, accountable principal, delegated mandate, evidence sufficiency, exact action binding, human authority boundaries, replay protection and reconciliation are implemented in the HHT control model.

TESTED · SYNTHETIC

MedTech Quality scenario

A bounded Quality scenario exercises ALLOW, ESCALATE and STOP/deny outcomes, including missing evidence, human-only actions, target mismatch, replay and ambiguous execution.

REFERENCE-BUILT · CI-TESTED

Enterprise shadow adapters

Enterprise-shaped identity, evidence, approval and target-system inputs are normalized into the same HHT decision semantics without releasing execution capability.

NOT VALIDATED

Customer enterprise connectivity

No customer tenant, QMS, MES, ERP, IAM or production environment has been connected or validated by this public reference.

NOT CLAIMED

Regulatory certification or compliance

This evidence does not claim FDA, QMSR, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP or customer-system validation.

REFERENCE ARCHITECTURE

HHT sits between approved enterprise context and an approved executor.

01

Enterprise controls

IAM · data ownership · policy

02

AI / agent

Proposes one exact action

03

HHT Trust Gate

Evidence · mandate · authority

04

Approved executor

Customer-controlled capability

05

System of record

SAP · MES · eQMS · API

06

Reconciliation

Observed outcome · receipt

Core invariant

capability ≠ authority ≠ execution ≠ observed consequence

INTEGRATION SURFACES

Reference-built against enterprise-shaped inputs, not customer credentials.

01

Identity / IAM

Microsoft Entra / OIDC pattern

Normalized input

Validated tenant + subject projection

HHT boundary

Customer-policy binding to agent + accountable principal

Fail-closed rule

Authentication is never treated as delegated authority.

02

Evidence

SharePoint / Graph / eQMS pattern

Normalized input

Versioned reference, ETag, freshness and integrity metadata

HHT boundary

Evidence classes + deterministic evidence fingerprint

Fail-closed rule

Source-version change forces evidence state to be reconsidered.

03

Workflow / approval

ServiceNow / eQMS pattern

Normalized input

Attributable approval record bound to an action fingerprint

HHT boundary

Approval evidence remains separate from HHT authority

Fail-closed rule

An external “approved” state cannot self-upgrade authorization.

04

System of record

SAP / MES / eQMS / API pattern

Normalized input

Operation, target, payload fingerprint and version/concurrency reference

HHT boundary

Exact action-to-effect binding

Fail-closed rule

Changed target, effect or payload requires a fresh decision.

05

Observed outcome

Target-system status / receipt pattern

Normalized input

Observed terminal state and version

HHT boundary

Separate reconciliation receipt

Fail-closed rule

Unknown outcome fails closed and never authorizes automatic retry.

THREAT / CONTROL MODEL

The reference is designed to fail before privileged capability is released.

Secret exposure

Raw tokens, passwords, cookies and secret-bearing fields are rejected by the reference harness.

Identity spoofing

Agent and principal identities must be mapped through an explicit customer-policy binding to the same tenant + subject.

Over-broad access

The reference consumes normalized metadata and evidence references rather than requiring unrestricted source-system access.

Self-approval

Caller-controlled approval flags are not accepted as HHT authority.

Action drift

The target-system binding must describe the same HHT action ID, target and effect that were evaluated.

Replay

Consumed, expired or revoked one-shot authority cannot be silently reused.

Ambiguous execution

UNKNOWN outcome becomes FAIL_CLOSED / RECONCILIATION_REQUIRED with no automatic retry.

WHAT THIS PUBLIC EVIDENCE SUPPORTS

Supported

  • • enterprise identity, evidence and action metadata can be normalized into HHT-compatible inputs;
  • • stale or changed evidence changes the evidence fingerprint;
  • • a mismatched identity binding is rejected;
  • • a mismatched target-system action produces STOP;
  • • human-only Quality actions can remain ESCALATE in shadow mode;
  • • ambiguous observed outcomes fail closed with no automatic retry.

Not supported / not claimed

  • • a production integration with any named enterprise;
  • • customer-tenant authentication against Microsoft Graph or Entra;
  • • live SAP, MES, ServiceNow or eQMS connectivity;
  • • CSV/CSA validation inside a regulated customer environment;
  • • regulatory compliance, certification or clinical/scientific correctness;
  • • universal interoperability or product-market fit.

REGULATED-ENVIRONMENT POSTURE

Control design first. Compliance claims never inferred.

HHT evaluates configured organizational preconditions for an exact proposed action. It does not determine whether the underlying scientific, clinical or regulatory decision is correct. Any use inside a regulated quality system requires the customer's own applicability, validation, security, change-control and governance assessment.

Pilot boundary

One workflow. Shadow mode. Customer-approved environment. No production effect.

A credible next step is to map one recurring action class, its evidence, authority and target-system effect, then evaluate real proposals in parallel before any execution capability is enabled.
